The roots of myCareerCompanion lie in student life.

And the link with the academic world is still there. What once started with workshops for students who wanted to prepare for their first professional steps, grew into a complete platform that guides them to the most suitable job and employer. We also make the data collected via myCareerCompanion available to academic institutions via business intelligence reporting in order to improve their services even further.

Our goal is to guide young professionals to not just any job, but thé job. During every step of their career. Our tool? A complete online ecosystem based on a scientifically proven algorithm, co-developed by Prof. dr. Eva Kyndt and digital knowledge center Panenco.

(Former) students can gain full access to our platform, map their talent and make use of our online courses. Training courses in co-creation are also possible.

Business Intelligence

Thanks to the collected input of thousands of students and young professionals, we can process extremely valuable and concrete information. We offer various forms of data analysis, which academic institutions in turn can use to improve their services. Of course, this information is completely anonymous and in line with the GDPR guidelines.

Support during job fairs

Through myCareerCompanion, profiles looking for a job can indicate which type of company (culture) they are open to. Thanks to our support during job fairs - in which we map out the corporate cultures of the participating companies in detail - they can look for a suitable employer in a much more targeted way.
