As Young Potential Sales Support, you will work closely with the Account Manager within the organisation. This Account Manager assists clients with their technology needs. You will form a smooth team with the Account Manager to help and advise customers as good as possible.
You will thrive in the Sales Support role if you enjoy helping and advising clients but don’t have as much need to do the negotiations and commercial conversations that come with a sales role.
As a Sales Support Employee you play a crucial role in assisting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales process. Providing assistance to customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns. Managing and processing sales orders. This includes verifying order details, ensuring accurate pricing, and coordinating with relevant departments to fulfill customer requests. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to sales activities. This could involve preparing sales reports, updating customer profiles, and managing relevant paperwork. Serving as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization. This includes communicating with logistics, finance, and other teams to facilitate a seamless sales process. Assisting in the preparation of sales quotations and proposals for potential customers. This may involve working closely with the sales team to gather necessary information. Developing and maintaining a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company. This knowledge is crucial for effectively supporting the sales team and addressing customer inquiries.

Our partner is a distributor of IT and Telecom products and services in the Benelux and France.
The company handles the indirect sales and marketing for major brands and manufacturers in the market. They purchase products, software and consumer goods from major players such as Microsoft, HP, Apple, etc. and distribute that, making it an indirect sales channel. Copaco sells those IT and telecom products to 2,500 resellers. The resellers operate both in the consumer market e.g. Fnac, Mediamarkt and bol.com but also in the corporate market.
