What will you do?
This is a consultative Account Management role. You will advise customers around the services the company offers: cloud and data centre transformations, digital innovations (AI, IoT), advice around optimising software licences. There is no prospecting or cold-calling component associated with the role. This is an external sales role, you will consequently physically visit customers. Following the sales cycle, a consultancy process will be initiated, which you will facilitate. A background in consultancy is therefore a strong plus. You will work closely with an internal sales.
