What will you do?
As an SAP consultant in payroll solutions, you will handle maintenance and implementation tasks for existing clients. Your responsibilities include resolving issues with current solutions and implementing new functionalities due to client requests or regulatory changes.
In implementation projects, especially in Time Management and (post) payroll, you will analyze client requirements, agree on the solution scope with stakeholders, and prepare business cases and integration scenarios for validation.
You will implement and document solutions, complete configurations, and perform additional developments. This includes creating test scenarios, testing the implementation, troubleshooting, and preparing the application for production. You’ll execute cutover processes, support post go-live activities, and transfer knowledge to colleagues and clients.
You will also provide regular support and advice, assist with change management, facilitate workshops, and deliver technical/functional training to users. Ensuring the continuity and proper functioning of implemented processes, systems, and tools is crucial.
