What will you do?
As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), they teach you the ins and outs of the sales profession. You are responsible for outbound prospecting and generating new leads. Your role is to ensure there are enough opportunities created for your business unit, and you collaborate with your buddy account manager to follow up on the deal until it is signed.
You strategically consider which accounts your Business Unit wants to target. You work with the marketing team to set up and execute the right campaigns. Once you have mastered these aspects, you can start taking on additional tasks. In addition to generating opportunities, you will also be responsible for giving software web demos and learning to close your own small/mid-sized deals. Throughout this process, you will be supported by your buddy account manager.
