What will you do?
Our partner has developed a traineeship aimed purely at young professionals. From a consultancy context, you will advise clients on three topics: bringing a new product/service to market, bringing a product/service to a geographically new market, future-proofing companies’ business models. To answer clients’ questions, you will dive into the market yourself and gather the necessary information. You will process and analyse this info and feed back advice to clients in strategic workshops. Thinking strategically about marketing and sales projects should therefore give you energy.
Depending on your growth and learning curve, you will gradually be given more responsibility in your projects. This is an environment that will take you out of your comfort zone to let you learn and grow, while also providing active guidance and support where needed.
From this traineeship, there are various career opportunities, including strategic consultancy, sales and project management. You will see on the job which of these tracks suits you best.
