What will you do?

As a Project Company Lawyer, you will:

Legally support the TES business
Draft legal processes, policies and templates
Bring swift & creative solutions to any legal & compliance issues
Draft & negotiate contracts
Bring effective corporate housekeeping support
Be ‘legally in charge’ of the projects you are responsible for
In charge of attorney management
Be part of the TES legal team (with a General Counsel in need of a right hand)
Be directly interacting with internal clients, suppliers, partners, authorities, financial institutions and external counsel

 

Location:

Brussels office and home office

 

Who you are:

Law degree with good grades
At least 4 years of experience as (energy) project counsel (attorney and/or inhouse)
A self starter, take initiative and move things forward
You like the dynamic of a fast-growing environment
You provide sound legal advice and have the ability to say no when needed
You adore negotiation and you are a great multi-tasker
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Excellent English contract drafting skills; any other language is an upside
Ability to quickly take decision confronted with ambiguous or conflicting info
A respectful, professional, ethical & hardworking attitude
Attention for detail that matters and do not lose sight of the bigger picture
You like the dynamic of high-pressure deals maintaining high standard of work

TES Hydrogen (Tree Energy Solutions) is super innovative within the world of renewable energy. Their goal is to convert green energy (energy derived from wind turbines, solar panels, etc.) into hydrogen, thus developing Green Hydrogen. 

TES Hydrogen has only been around for a few months but has already grown very strongly. This company is hyper ambitious, empowered by world-class management, and aims to list on the stock exchange within this and five years. They want to grow into an international player in the market within the industry of renewable energy.
