What will you do?

In the role of Product Manager within our Product Management Team, you hold a crucial position in shaping and executing the product strategy for Payroll Services. Beyond identifying customer needs and market trends, your responsibilities extend to creating impactful business cases, defining new features, and overseeing the comprehensive go-to-market plan.

Your tasks encompass analyzing and translating market trends into innovative product offerings, understanding customer needs through interactive engagement, collaborating with stakeholders to shape the product backlog and define features, and ensuring clear communication and vision of the roadmap in collaboration with the product management team. Additionally, you play a pivotal role in implementing strategic actions for product adoption, collaborating on pricing strategies, and developing rollout plans for customers and stakeholders. Vigilantly monitoring the P&L of your designated product is also a key aspect of your role.

This partner of ours is one of the market leaders within the HR industry in Belgium.
Traditionally, they are known for payroll administration, but over time this has actually really become an innovative technology company. 
This is because the services provided by them need to be very user – oriented.

Users of this company services can be companies, HR managers, but also employees of their customers. Those products (often softwares or apps in the context of hard HR) are developed for all relevant stakeholders. Everyone should be able and want to work with them.

Their headquarters is in Leuven, next to the railway station. Very flexible organisation (home work policy is flexible). They have 1,500 employees but the structure is very flat, not hierarchical. Family culture anyway, despite large company. Very nice organisation to work for.
