What will you do?

As a crucial member of the Procurement Department’s “General Purchase” cell, you play a vital role in providing administrative support. Working closely with buyers, your responsibilities include preparing requests for quotations and orders, ensuring their seamless integration into SAP, and independently managing recurring purchases. Your critical analysis of received quotes ensures cost-effectiveness, and you take charge of checking contracts, overseeing their layout, and ensuring meticulous follow-up.

Additionally, you contribute to the efficiency of the department by filling in follow-up lists and assisting in reporting. Serving as the primary point of contact, you maintain effective communication with both internal clients and suppliers through email and phone, ensuring a smooth and collaborative procurement process.
