What will you do?

As an Environmental Officer, you are a key figure in the Environment department. Your responsibilities include administration, coordination, monitoring, and guidance of all environmental activities at our terminals. This involves managing databases (MSDS sheets), environmental parks, water bills, waste registers, purchase requests, reuse of water, intervention registers, and reporting. You must respond to environmental inquiries and issues appropriately, contribute to file management, and ensure timely retrieval of requested information. Additionally, you’ll prepare declarations for regulatory bodies such as VMM, IMJV, etc. Supporting warehouse staff with container requests and exchanges is part of your duties, as is providing assistance to the first response team of the HSSE department. You’ll conduct regular inspections of environmental protection equipment and materials and contribute to sustainable environmental initiatives within the Environment department. In cases of exceptional interventions, your assistance will be required.
