The Mid-Market division provides payroll and HR solutions to Belgian organizations (both public and private) with more than 250 employees. They are the market leader in this market segment, thanks to innovative products and extensive tailor-made services.
As Payroll Advisor On Site you will assist clients on site with payroll preparation and their personnel administration. You become our clients’ trusted advisor. In the meantime we are helping to build your personal development, technical knowledge and career opportunities.
Your day
Responsible for the correct personnel and payroll administration for their customers (entirely autonomously or in cooperation with a social secretariat)
Assisting and advising clients on payroll, personnel administration and social legislation
Addressing employees with questions about their file, on behalf of their employer
Build a relationship of trust with your client(s)
Translate customer needs into terms of concrete services
Meanwhile, you brush up your knowledge and experience within payroll and personnel administration
