What will you do?
Brussels Airport is a company where customers, innovation and sustainability are central. It is a fully connected economic hub for people and businesses.
What will you do?
Over a 2-year period, you will have the opportunity to rotate between 3 different roles and departments within the airport.
This dynamic traineeship offers three intensive assignments across both business and support departments, giving you an in-depth understanding of how these areas converge within the aviation industry. Throughout this traineeship, you will receive intensive training and education to develop your management/leadership skills.
In the business departments, you will have the opportunity to explore roles in:
Cargo and Logistics, Commercial Real Estate, Operations, Passenger Aviation
You will also dive into support departments such as Technology & Infrastructure, Strategy & PMO, and Finance & Procurement. Here you will see first-hand how these departments provide crucial support to the business departments.
