What will you do?
In the role of Logistics Assistant, your primary focus will be to help coordinate essential work interventions, ensuring the seamless operation of the gas network. Collaborating with experienced colleagues, you’ll engage in a diverse range of administrative and logistics tasks, including monitoring calibrations and inspections of measuring equipment, coordinating site containers, and recording work activities in SAP.
Your responsibilities extend to the meticulous follow-up of case files, classification, and archival of documents, while also providing support for ISO 9001 processes. Additionally, your role involves working closely with both internal and external customers to organize and plan logistics for work interventions, including the creation of purchase orders for various site-related needs such as equipment, containers, welding, and materials. Your contribution as a Logistics Assistant is integral to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall logistics organization.
