What will you do?
Working closely with your colleagues, you have the following responsibilities:
– providing advice on socio-legal matters (working hours, employment contracts, policies and clauses, dismissal situations, labour regulations, wage optimisations, bonus plans, negotiations with social inspection and trade unions, end of career, calculation of social liabilities, guidance during mergers and takeovers, joint committees, etc.)
– full preparation, elaboration and follow-up of files;
– managing and further developing the client portfolio. This is done in close consultation and consultation with the Office Director SME.
– In customer contacts, there is an eye for cross-selling; implementing flexible remuneration plans;
– keeping own legal expertise up-to-date and acquiring knowledge of other areas of expertise that are relevant within the SME market (HR, wage tax).
