What will you do?

As Key Account Manager, you will identify market needs, promote and sell their Belgium’s infrastructure and service offering by acting as the central contact point for managing commercial activities and processes between this company and its customers, prospects or counterparties. You are also the single commercial contact point for adjacent TSO’s (Transmission System Operator).

Your responsibilities:
You will inform, advise and support customers on commercial matters relating to the services offered by the company, within the applicable legislative and regulatory framework

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of contracts and monitoring your customers’ portfolio

You will ensure continuous interaction between the Commercial Regulated Sales department and other departments in order to develop or adapt the commercial model and services offered to customers, seeking an ideal balance between market needs and the services offered by this organization

You will proactively approach prospects and analyse the technical and economic feasibility of solutions to their needs in order to promote the development of new services and/or the construction of additional infrastructure

You will maintain contacts with neighbouring transmission grid operators and facilitate commercial and operational discussions
