What will you do?
As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Business Support team. Under the guidance of your manager, your team is focused on improving the company’s productivity and efficiency by analysing all operational and logistical processes for all internal departments.
Every day may look different, but here are some ingredients that are sure to recur:
You will supervise projects from A to Z, for our various departments: Sales, Purchase, Customer Service, Accountancy, HR & Logistics.
You start with a thorough analysis and work out the best solution together with the developers (internal or external).
You validate their developments and subject them to thorough testing to ensure that they meet the needs.
You follow up these projects until after implementation.
You document these new processes, requirements, solutions in user manuals.
In addition, you are the GO-TO colleague when it comes to reporting and developing dashboards.
You analyse and develop the demand, playing an advisory role to increase performance.
You validate data added from the various sources, set up processes that guarantee the correct input of data and perform the necessary checks on it.
