What will you do?

The consulting process at HRlinkIT involves three steps. A Business Consultant determines with the client the needs and translates them into technical requirements (e.g. Which software tool would make your recruitment process more efficient?). An Implementation Consultant ensures that this software tool is technically implemented at the customer’s site (performing configurations, programming desired features, etc.). From the launch of the project, the customer is handed over to the Customer Success Consultant. This person is responsible for customer satisfaction, will be technically trained to make configurations himself where necessary and thinks along with customers whether adjustments are needed in the tool to work even more efficiently. Within the organization there is a growth path from Implementation Consultant to Business Consultant. HRlinkIT works with 30 different tools, so variation and intellectual/technical challenge is guaranteed.
