What will you do?

While no two days will look the same, we can divide your responsibilities into two main areas:

As a Recruitment Partner:

-Firstly, you will be responsible for attracting and selecting various profiles for all our departments, including HR, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, IT and Logistics.
-You will work as a guide for our recruitment process, focus on the candidate’s experience, and work closely with the different departments within the company.
-You will be responsible for the complete follow-up throughout the recruitment process, from drafting job advertisements to the salary proposal and onboarding.
-You will advise hiring managers on candidates and the current labour market, and monitor KPIs such as time to fill and cost to hire.
-You proactively develop campaign proposals that contribute to strengthening our employer branding and positioning ODC as an attractive employer, both online and offline.

As Assistant to the HR Manager:
-You will prepare administrative processes for new employees, including pay proposals, contracts and personnel files.
-You ensure smooth onboarding, including arranging badges, communication with interim partners and registration of hours.
-You handle holiday requests, sick reports and any work-related accidents.
-You will prepare salary calculations for our workers and drivers to ensure error-free payment.

Where will you work?

Our partner is an overseas distribution company that specializes in distributing duty free goods or services from one country to another. They facilitate the movement of products across international borders, handling tasks such as logistics (by truck, sea and air freight), customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery to retailers (think of the duty-free shops at the airport). 

The organisation is originally a family business and you can still feel this in the corporate culture today: informal, collegial, entrepreneurial and inclusive. The company is growing strongly, mainly due to their customer-centric approach, focus on innovation and fast-paced way of making decisions. Due to this growth, they are currently looking for people to join the organisation.
