What will you do?

As Account Manager Services, you are constantly expanding and maintaining your network in order to be able to respond quickly and adequately to market opportunities. To this end, you keep a close eye on market developments from the perspective of the resellers the organisation works with and the end user. You discuss this with clients and present the value propositions that the company can offer them, enabling the reseller to increase the quality of its services.

Your role is of strategic importance! You will increase the organisation’s market share by bringing in new clients and increasing the services provided to existing clients. You develop the proposals into technical-commercial advice and a quotation, which you follow up together with colleagues within the team. You draw up account plans, register progress within the total sales cycle in the appropriate tooling and keep relevant customer information up to date in SAP.

Where will you work?

Our partner is a distributor of IT and Telecom products and services in the Benelux and France.

The company handles the indirect sales and marketing for major brands and manufacturers in the market. They purchase products, software and consumer goods from major players such as Microsoft, HP, Apple, etc. and distribute that, making it an indirect sales channel. Copaco sells those IT and telecom products to 2,500 resellers. The resellers operate both in the consumer market e.g. Fnac, Mediamarkt and bol.com but also in the corporate market.
