What will you do?
The job entails a crucial role within the Engineering and Projects team, focusing on electrical engineering applied to large machines such as ship-to-shore cranes, automatic stacking cranes (ASCs), and Straddle Carriers. With an increasing focus on electrification of terminal equipment and integration into fully automated systems, the role involves working on new equipment projects, conversion projects, and providing assistance to M&R teams as needed. The responsibilities are varied, including becoming a specialist in electrical and control systems, reviewing plans and calculations, writing technical specifications for project bids, evaluating supplier proposals, participating in design reviews, and contributing to crane software version management.
