What will you do?
As a Customer Order Management Representative, you are the contact person for customers, suppliers and internal departments. You are responsible from A to Z for coordinating the international distriubution of products/services, from the moment the order is placed to the moment a customer has received the delivery.
Some of your duties include: maintaining positive customer relations, arranging transport (boats, trucks, planes), following up customs legislation, problem-solving when something does not go as planned during delivery (who/what is needed where?), thinking critically about how processes can be optimised.
In this role, you will receive a lot of training and education. You can progress to different branches in the organisation: business analysis, controlling, compliance, sales, purchasing. They are happy to discuss with you how you can grow within the organisation with your unique set of skills and interests.
