What will you do?

As a Customer Care employee, you will form the bridge between the customers and the back office. You help customers and commercial colleagues with all operational questions about our banking applications, the main products and our procedures. You create your added value as first (line) point of contact and you have a direct impact on high customer satisfaction.
For the Customer Care department, they are looking for an enthusiastic colleague, preferably in a full-time work schedule (80% is also possible), to join the team from the head office in Antwerp. After your training period, you can work from home for up to half of your work regime.

For a significant part of your time, you will be the first point of contact for customer and office enquiries. The variation in terms of content here is very wide: from a question about the smartphone app to a question about a sale process of an investment. These questions come by phone as well as digitally and via online messages. Furthermore, you identify recurring problems and offer support in finding structural solutions. You mainly deal with questions from Dutch-speaking customers. A working knowledge of French is a plus but not essential.
You will also work actively on various assignments. This could involve, for instance, organising training, analysing a problem with an operational process, drawing up reports, keeping instructions and product information up to date, performing tests, etc.

The organisation is focused on collaboration and knowledge sharing. Within your own team and at headquarters, they provide you with the necessary training and support by various specialists. You will receive a customised programme from us, tailored to your personal pace and style. The position offers a unique helicopter view of the organisation and insight into our products and processes. Due to the diversity of questions, as well as the responsibilities in various projects and training, the role offers a very varied range of tasks.
