Our partner is a bank for entrepreneurs and the liberal professions. They look at the bigger picture for their clients: professional and private. Consequently, their activities are at the interface of private and corporate banking.
In terms of corporate culture, they are not comparable to other banks: an entrepreneurial & hands-on mentality, room for input from everyone, a collegial atmosphere and a good balance between autonomy and learning opportunities.
They won the Great Place to Work award several times in a row. In short, a human organisation that actively supports employees to reach their full potential.
