What will you do?

In the traineeship, we look at the elements of what a consultant does for us: really listening to the client, leaving our own judgements behind. We also look at the element of making connections, what is the essence, what really matters? Finally, we also look at what it means to give targeted advice, to create support and especially to get people moving.  

Our new colleague is someone who is curious, has a broad field of interest and likes to carry out different types of projects for organisations within scale-up and corporate environments. Knowledge is not a requirement, a healthy portion of enthusiasm and interest in commercial growth management is! We are a team of 12 people and our intention is to build a new team of leaders by 2028!

Experience: < 2 years' work experience  For our customers: You combine commercial flair with strategic thinking. You map and synthesise market insights.
