What will you do?

As a Management Assistant, you will be responsible for a lot of different things.

Your responsibilities in a nutshell:

You are responsible for the secretariat of the Nextgrid directorate, a position that requires a lot of organisation and planning in a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines
You ensure optimal management of the director’s agenda, planning internal and external meetings and appointments and organising business trips at home and abroad
You manage priorities efficiently and proactively ensure that all meetings are well prepared
You play a key role in the information coordination within the different teams involved in the interdepartmental projects
You anticipate the director’s needs and always demonstrate the necessary sense of urgency, common sense, integrity and discretion when handling sometimes confidential information
