What will you do?
As a scrum master, you are a part of a multidisciplinary team. Full of experts in their own field. You and the product owner make sure that the team develops and runs qualitative (IT) applications. To serve the bank its millions of customers.
In just two years they will teach you everything to become a real scrum master. Thanks to different roles and missions within the bank, the leadership and agile trainings and the personal coaching. All while you create impact from day one and leave your mark.
