How does it work?

Click on the ‘Create an account’ button above. You will need your coupon code during your sign-up process. Enter the coupon code we sent you by email. Select the option “I am an employee” and complete the sign-up process.

Complete the six questionnaires. This will take around 30 to 45 minutes. Follow your intuition and don’t overthink your answers. There is no right or wrong. It is important to be honest and stay true to yourself.

Once you have answered all the questions, click the download button in the top right-hand corner of your screen to download your report. If you wish, you can request a coaching session with a People Business Partner to discuss what the report means for your career.
