Marsh is offering a Graduate Programme opportunity, to freshly graduated students or people with a first experience, who would like to gain workplace experience and training in insurance brokerage and risk management.

The Graduate Programme gives you opportunities to develop and succeed in achieving a successful career as a future Marsh business leader.

During a 2-year program, you will move around different departments from sales to advisory going through the Claims and other areas of the business like data and project management

Every trainee gets the chance to get to know different departments at Marsh. Together with the trainee, the mentor regularly discuss with the trainee which departments he/she wishes to get to know better. There are many opportunities within Marsh. 

In this traineeship, you start with other talented young graduates or people with a first experience. This creates a very close bond between the trainees. You can also count on very strong trainings within Marsh, as well as a strong focus on personal development and coaching during this programme. Very exciting opportunity for people with a healthy interest in economics, the business world and insurance. 

This way, you get a very broad overview of the varied positions within Marsh. After these 2 interesting years, you can grow into a department where your interests lie the most. Both national and international: lots of possibilities to grow.
