What will you do?
As Vendor Coordinator, you will join the E-mobility branch of A&C. As Vendor Coordinator you function as first contact person for different departments within A&C (marketing, sales, finance, logistics). You help maintain long-term relationships with the suppliers and provide operational follow-up and support to suppliers. As relationship management and communication is an important part of your job, social contact should give you energy.
You will also sharpen your analytical skills e.g. daily management of the vendor budgets and close monitoring of all financial flows between the suppliers, A&C and the customers, monitoring and reporting on annual agreements/annual budgets made with the suppliers with the aim of ensuring that the agreements made are respected and achieved with each supplier.
As E-mobilty is a rapidly growing branch with very diverse suppliers within A&C, your critical eye is welcome to make suggestions to optimise current processes.

Where will you work?
A&C Systems specialises in consumer electronics (e.g. smartphones, GSM accessories, tablets, navigation systems, e-bikes, etc.). Through market analyses, A&C will advise their BeNeLux clients on how to optimally compose their portfolio of products taking into account market trends.
