What will you do?
As team lead, you will take daily charge of a number of teams consisting of different colleagues representing the biggest ICT hardware brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Samsung and Microsoft Surface in the Benelux. Your team will consist of different internal sales employyes in Belgium and the Netherlands.
You strive for an optimal customer experience and try to achieve the set revenue and margin targets together with your team. This through result-oriented management and clear focal points. You ensure that the set strategy is implemented operationally and take the initiative to make adjustments where necessary. You monitor the progress of sales developments and discuss this in structural team meetings.
As a real people manager, you also pay a lot of attention to guiding, motivating, enthusing and coaching your teams. This means that you are physically present in our offices in Aalst and Eindhoven to give the teams the necessary personal attention.

Where will you work?
Our partner is a distributor of IT and Telecom products and services in the Benelux and France.
The company handles the indirect sales and marketing for major brands and manufacturers in the market. They purchase products, software and consumer goods from major players such as Microsoft, HP, Apple, etc. and distribute that, making it an indirect sales channel. Copaco sells those IT and telecom products to 2,500 resellers. The resellers operate both in the consumer market e.g. Fnac, Mediamarkt and bol.com but also in the corporate market.
