What will you do?
The Executive Account Manager is responsible for managing long-term strategic relationships across a portfolio of client accounts. This includes developing and executing accurate plans and forecasts. They work closely with various internal stakeholders, including inside sales teams and virtual account teams, to drive demand generation and deliver effective value-added solutions and services. The goal is to transform client businesses and establish the company as the preferred partner while maximizing revenue and profit opportunities.
Key duties include managing strategic relationships with clients, engaging in face-to-face activities to position the company as a partner of choice, and developing an annual business plan to drive new business opportunities and recurring revenue. The Executive Account Manager is also responsible for identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met, and maintaining accurate reporting on the pipeline, forecasts, and activities.
The role involves promoting new ideas and solutions to clients and collaborating with internal teams to support and address client needs. Additionally, the Executive Account Manager will create and implement strategic account plans based on client goals and pain points, regularly reviewing progress and making adjustments when necessary.
