What will you do?

Marsh is offering a position as Senior Client Advisor Credit & Working Capital Solutions.

In this position you will have a lot of responsibilities:

You will act as the lead Advisor for a group of clients and develop a deep understanding of their business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management allowing you to provide advice accordingly to successfully serve the clients.

Developing, presenting and executing renewal / placement strategies will also make part of your challenge, as well as evaluating and negotiating proposals from carriers to deliver the best and innovative options to clients.

Hereto, you will keep abreast of changing market conditions and adapt your strategies accordingly.

As the primary point of contact you will service the clients for day-to-day as well as for more complex needs, Senior Leadership and the CEO.

Maintaining quality in all areas of clients deliverables is key for you.

Discussing with other team members and colleagues is a natural action for you.

Your profile:

Relevant college/university degree required, or relevant experience within a similar function or area of expertise.

Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and customer focused.

Exhibited ability to set and recognize priorities to meet and exceed client needs and expectations.

Proficiency in coverage review, interpretation and negotiation with vendors and clients.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, carriers and clients.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Trilingual: Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a strong plus
