What will you do?

For the further growth of the Valuation & Advisory department, an organization is looking for a new team member with financial skills and an interest in real estate.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering appraisal reports to a wide range of clients, including financial institutions, real estate investors, developers, and entrepreneurs. You will organize and conduct inspections of various types of properties, such as offices, industrial buildings, retail properties, residential real estate, and projects. You will regularly interact with clients, colleagues, and other parties in your task of providing independent appraisals of properties and portfolios.
