This is what your day looks like:
Taking care of all payroll and personnel administration.
Monitoring, calculating and checking wages.
Talking to employees about their file on payroll, personnel administration and social legislation.
Building a relationship of trust with employees.
Keeping knowledge and experience up-to-date within the various areas of payroll and personnel administration.
Participating in projects that are Payroll related.
Continuously looking for improvements and optimisations of the existing work processes.
