 Within their Corporate HR department, the business teams provide spot-on services to line managers and their employees with an emphasis on talent development, employability and engagement. To support the Payroll team, they are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the team.
 
This is what your day looks like:
 

Taking care of all payroll and personnel administration.
Monitoring, calculating and checking wages.
Talking to employees about their file on payroll, personnel administration and social legislation.
Building a relationship of trust with employees.
Keeping knowledge and experience up-to-date within the various areas of payroll and personnel administration.
Participating in projects that are Payroll related.
Continuously looking for improvements and optimisations of the existing work processes.
