The Mid-Market division provides payroll and HR solutions to Belgian organizations (both public and private) with more than 250 employees. SD Worx is the market leader in this market segment, thanks to innovative products and extensive tailor-made services.

As a Legal Consultant you are part of the Tax and Legal Consulting team. You advise clients daily on all aspects of personnel employment in a national context.
 
Your responsibilities

– You provide socio-legal advice at individual and collective level (e.g. employment contracts, policies, social dialogue, etc.).

– You prepare, elaborate and follow up HR files

– You act as a business partner, always thinking in terms of pragmatic solutions

– In your client contacts, you pay attention to cross-selling (other needs within the broader HR context)

– You keep your social law know-how up-to-date through our channels and support

– You broaden your knowledge by making a broader link to HR trends and topics, and take initiative to address the client’s issue
