What will you do?
Working closely with your colleagues, you have the following responsibilities:
You analyze and interpret sectoral legislation laid down in collective bargaining agreements.
You are responsible for safeguarding this analyzed sectoral legislation in our legal database. This is done by:
Compiling CLA registers in which legal metadata and relevant information related to the legal topic are included.
Following up and processing the various steps that a sectoral CLA goes through: filing, registration and the declaration of general obligation by Royal Decree. You process the metadata associated with this process in the legal database.
Preparing work orders for our database administrators so that sectoral legislation is correctly entered into the legal database.
Following up on errata in CLA texts. You implement these legislative corrections in the database.
Based on CLA texts, you draft sectoral practical sheets. You write these sheets with an eye to practice so that the user can get started immediately without having to go through the legislation in detail.
You manage and update the legal model documents and contracts. These models are prepared by our legal advisors and can be quickly and easily adapted by employers to suit their concrete situation. You keep these models up-to-date so that users have documents that are legally compliant at all times.
