What will you do?

As a Junior Business Developer, you will be involved in the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs qualification, contract negotiation and coordinating the project start-up. Given you will advise clients in their digital transformation projects, you should be energised by complex, consultative sales. This means longer sales cycles and in-depth (face-to-face) dialogues with clients to delineate the project scope. Depending on your interests, the products/services that best suit you will be identified (IT solutions, financial solutions, …). You will receive intensive coaching and training from your medior and senior sales colleagues.
