What will you do?
Your team
Your team contributes to HR applications for the Belgian payroll market. Your self-organizing agile team builds and maintains your own developed reporting tool, which allows our clients to report on operational HR/payroll data, with a focus on ease of use and flexibility.
Behind the scenes , various databases and associated data interpretations are discussed.
Who are your colleagues? Of course your direct colleagues within the same team from Belgium and Mauritius, together with them you work to achieve your sprint goals. In addition, you will also work with other product teams on the quarterly objectives.
Who are your customers? Both our internal services and many external users
Responsibilities:
Main focus is on functional analysis and data interpretations, in addition, you help users with questions that cannot be solved by the helpdesk, and you sporadically assist your test colleague.
You will thoroughly get to know the domain of Payroll, so that you can take total ownership of the desired product adjustments.
Together with the users and their representatives, you (sub)search for the best solution within the reporting domain, products and processes. You translate your solution into clear specifications for your fellow software developers.
You actively participate in team meetings within the scrum methodology, you are flexible in the tasks you have to perform and very cooperative with the rest of the team.
You work together with the product owner in your team to refine and evolve the product and associated architecture framework.
