What will you do?
As Fleet Manager, you are the first point of contact for customers who outsource their fleet to us.
You are in contact with drivers, leasing companies, suppliers as well as the management of an organisation.
You will advise customers on operational, tactical and strategic levels regarding fleet management:
You will be responsible for the full operational management of the client’s vehicle fleet. This includes legal, fiscal and technical management, damage prevention, monitoring budgets and cost control within your client’s car policy, etc.
You advise the client in optimising business processes and cost control around mobility.
You provide the management of your client(s) with dashboarding (e.g. KPI reporting). If necessary, you identify deviations.
You advise organisations on shaping a strategic and future-oriented mobility policy.
Data management and administrative follow-up are part of your tasks in order to provide the above services optimally.
You search within the organisation for ways to optimise customer service and working methods. Your input is worth its weight in gold!
You keep yourself permanently informed about legislation and social trends within the broad field of mobility.
You work closely with your colleagues in the fleet management team. You ensure the efficient transfer and sharing of information and tasks.
