What will you do?

As a Fleet Manager, you are the first point of contact for customers who outsource their fleet to XPOfleet:

Your responsibilities:
– You are responsible for full operational management of the customer’s vehicle fleet
– You have a lot of contact with drivers, lease companies, suppliers as well as the management of an organisation
– You monitor budgets and control costs within the company’s car policy
– You advise the customer in optimising business processes and cost control around mobility
– You manage and monitor the customer satisfaction of the drivers who are your end customers
– You work operationally, tactically and strategically on fleet management
– You search internally for improvement opportunities to realise the necessary customer service and working methods and coordinate their internal implementation.
– You keep yourself (also by trainings that XPOfleet offers) permanently informed about trends within the broad field of mobility
– You proactively identify knowledge shortages and, together with your manager, look for support and training where necessary.
– You work together with your colleagues in the fleet management team and ensure efficient transfer and sharing of information and tasks.

Your profile:
– You have at least a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
– You have a good knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications
– You have previous experience in a service function where you work with customers and/or end users
– You have strong administrative skills and can easily multi-task in a rapidly evolving technological environment
– You are flexible, driven and an outspoken team player
– You are naturally friendly and customer-oriented and have very good communication and documentation skills
– You speak in solutions and not in problems
– You have a keen interest in mobility and/or fleet management
– You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English
