What will you do?

As a Business Specialist Digital Banking, you will optimize online banking services and enhance customer engagement. You will interact with stakeholders to ensure maximum usability and efficiency, structuring user feedback and collaborating with IT, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to improve digital banking. As the main point of contact for online banking, you will oversee consistency across applications and support internal teams on digital banking projects. You will also monitor market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for innovation. Additionally, you will contribute to the digital roadmap, benchmarking online banking services and providing strategic insights to management. The position is based in Antwerp, with flexible work options (80%, 90%, or 100%).

Requirements: a master’s degree or equivalent experience, experience in the financial sector, a strong interest in digital applications, and fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
