What will you do?
As Business Development Manager, you will build your own client portfolio in the Flemish Brabant and Brussels region. You will do the introductory interviews with customers, contract negotiations and then build long-term relationships with them. Both prospecting and account management must therefore be your thing.
iCredit helps their clients by outsourcing Finance Consultants as temporary reinforcement in their finance projects. You will assist the client in finding support for temporary projects. You look for a match between the client’s demand and the skills of available consultants in your network. Speed makes the difference; so you introduce them to the client as soon as possible. In case of a positive match, you guide the consultant before, during and after the interview with the client. Upon agreement, you help ensure a smooth start-up. You ensure proper follow-up of consultants who are on project.
In summary, this is a role in which that you will need both your commercial skills and soft skills to properly guide both your clients and finance consultants.
